Position: Customer Support Representative – Spanish Bilingual
Account: International / Voice
Industry: BPO / Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish & English
• Provide excellent customer support via calls/chat/email
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write & speak)
• Good English communication skills
• At least HS Graduate / Any Graduate
• High School Graduate With 2 Years BPO Experience In Spanish Support. Must Be Filipino Citizen
• Willing to work in shifting schedules
