Position: Customer Support Executive
Account: Travel / Airline / Booking Support
Process: Voice / Non-Voice (as per availability)

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations & rescheduling
• Handle travel-related inquiries via call/chat/email
• Provide excellent customer service experience

Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• High School Graduate with 1 year Sales Experience (BPO/Non BPO)
• Willing to work in shifting schedules
