Job Title: BPO Fraud Analyst

- Monitor and analyze account activities to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious transactions and compromised accounts.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of fraud cases and report findings accurately.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards.
