Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights

- Strong knowledge of CRM development, customization, configuration, and integrations

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

- Experience with .NET development and SQL Server

- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
