Description / Requirements

Job title: Business Analyst

Process: Retail/Tech

Work set-up: Night and shifting schedule, work onsite

Location: Cebu

Salary range: 25K - 32K

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving

• Experience in business analysis

• Must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting

• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Immediate joiner is an advantage

• College/Bachelor’s Graduate (any field)

• Willing to work onsite

• Okay to work on midshaft/night and shifting schedule

Job Description:

• Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into business insights for improving processes.

• Interact with customers and articulate requirements.

• Analyze solution options and recommend the preferred option.

• Make presentations to customers and internal stakeholders on the solution.

• Create detailed functional specifications as input for our systems analysis and design teams.

• As a part of BA engagements, identify areas of additional opportunities to generate downstream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.

• Undertake research and enable dissemination of knowledge with the account team.

• Constantly look at ways and means to bring more discipline and rigor to the Business System Analysis function by adopting more structured methodologies and tools.

• Provide a point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.

• Ability to understand business problems/needs and translate them into sustainable data model design/solution

• Responsible for capturing, and elaborating business requirements & real-time analytics use cases in the journey, customer campaign and real-time analytics and translating them into user stories and functional design.

• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving Excellence in Business analysis to address customer problems, quick analytical thinking, and able to have focused energy in transforming requirements into solutions.

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills Polished verbal and written communication style.

• Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with Project teams and the customer teams.

• Good networking skills to work across different multi-cultural teams towards focused goals.

• Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior business leaders.

• Personal Drive Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn and shape your career path. Commitment to making a positive lasting client impact.

• Self-Guided Attitude - The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined.

• Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.

• Positive attitude towards learning and understanding technology.

• Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, business analysis, project planning, reporting, and presentation.

• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Appreciate technology and business trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO industry
