Job Description:

• Assist the business unit in determining reporting needs based on specific requirements

• Maintain databases and update as needed

• Analyze trends, causes, and variances and create and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports

• Provide support as may be required to the Business Analyst or Process Lead or a small user group with minimally complex requirements

• Respond to questions, receive and/or share information with peers, functional groups, staff, and management within and outside departments

• Perform basic analysis and develop standard reports with minimal variance

• Provide reports to management

• Work on problems of limited scope and/or assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.

•Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis work includes:

•Analyzing business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions

• Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses

• Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends

• Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies

•Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards.

• Works independently within set frames and follows set course.

•Has a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree and approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area.

• Develops own knowledge, shares best practice and develops relevant/appropriate solutions.

• Positions at this level are expected to continuously improve the day-to-day activities/processes

• Can be a formal team leader of more junior co-workers and may set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Title:

Work set up: . Office Address -Tower 2, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas & Brick and Mortar. Office Address - 2/F Pavilion Greenfield District, Mandaluyong, 1552 Metro Manila

Work shift: Shifting schedule

Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 (hiring team can be flexible on going beyond the package, depending on the experience)

Target start date: ASAP

Knowledge & Qualifications:

•[Internal] High school diploma, Senior High Graduate or equivalent

• [External] Graduate of any Course, fresh graduates are welcome.

• For Undergrad, at least with equivalent experience related to Reporting

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge and use of advanced MS Office apps: Specific to Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in the use of MS Excel applications (Pivots, Charts, Lookups, Nested IF's, Conditional Formatting)

• Knowledge of any Reporting Tools is a plus.

• Positions on this level are fully proficient in executing established standards.
