Work Set-up: Onsite

Locations:

    Tower 2, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas

    2/F Pavilion Greenfield District, Mandaluyong, 1552 Metro Manila

    ⏰ Work Shift: Shifting schedule

    Target Start Date: ASAP

Knowledge & Qualifications:

    Education:

        [Internal] High school diploma, Senior High Graduate, or equivalent.

        [External] Bachelor's degree graduate in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.

        For undergraduates, equivalent experience related to reporting is required.

    Skills:

        Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

        Expertise in MS Excel applications:

            Pivots, Charts, Lookups, Nested IFs, and Conditional Formatting.

        Familiarity with Reporting Tools (preferred but not required).

    Professional Experience:

        1–2 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence or data analysis.

        Fully proficient in executing established standards, processes, and methodologies.

        Capable of working independently within defined frameworks and timelines.

        Ability to improve day-to-day activities and contribute to process enhancements.

        Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members when required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Data Management:

    Assist the business unit in identifying reporting needs and specific requirements.

    Develop, maintain, and update databases as necessary.

    Analyze trends, variances, and causes, and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.

    Support Business Analysts or Process Leads with minimally complex user group requirements.

2. Data Analysis and Insights:

    Perform basic data analysis and develop standardized reports.

    Provide actionable insights through historical and trend data.

    Support management decisions by supplying timely and accurate data reports.

    Monitor and assess competitor strategies, customer trends, and market insights.

3. Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal and external departments, sharing and receiving critical information.

    Partner with business units like Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to model and evaluate potential strategies.

    Respond to queries from peers, staff, and management, ensuring data clarity and accuracy.

4. Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes.

    Implement best practices and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.

5. Leadership:

    Serve as a mentor or team lead for junior analysts, setting operational objectives as needed.

Business Intelligence (BI) Focus:

    Analyze business intelligence data to drive product and business decisions.

    Blend data from various industry reports, public resources, and internal sources for strategic insights.

    Monitor and predict industry/geographic trends to support the company’s competitive strategies.
