Job Title: Client Service Agent - Financial Support

Location: McKinley, Taguig and/or Ortigas, Pasig

Salary Range: PHP 24,000 to PHP 30,000

Night shift schedule

Open to Fresh graduate with a degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any related course

Open to candidate with experience in BPO handling financial account.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Agent to join our financial support team. This role is critical in providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their financial inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services.

Assist clients with account-related issues, including transactions, statements, and billing inquiries.

Provide accurate and timely information to clients, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary.
