Job title: BPO Collections Team Leader
Nature of Account: Travel Outbound Collections
Type of Support: Voice
Work set up: 100% onsite at 6th Floor, SM North Edsa Office Tower 1, EDSA, Quezon City, Philippines
Work shift: Shifting
Salary: Up to 40K package
Start date: August 1 or 22
Qualifications:
• 2nd year completed/College Graduate
• Overall 2 years team lead experience, and 1 year collections supervisor background (financial banking/telco/healthcare, etc.) must be in the BPO industry/call center environment.
• With experience as a team Lead in BPO, should be considered. Candidates with no BPO experience as a TL will be rejected.
• Preferably with knowledge in U.S. federal laws related to collections handling
• Strong experience BPO Collections Operations and Managing SLA, KPIs, and project deliverables
• Responsible for working directly with team members and customers to ensure customer financial needs are met by providing a best in class customer experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
• Should not be a current or former employee of Wipro
• Must be living within Metro Manila or in Quezon City
• Must not be a job hopper with less than 1 year of stay per company and will be rejected
• Should be amenable to attending an onsite Operations Interview in Quezon City.
