Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Solid understanding of OO programming and SOA architecture (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, Model Binding, Asynchronous programming
- Experience with SSRS, CRM Reports, and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with Azure tools and technologies
- Power Platform experience required: Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps
Good to Have
- MS Dynamics CE experience and certifications
- Experience with .NET API integrations, http://ASP.NET MVC, web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS
- Not a job hopper
Responsibilities
- Design and develop systems for CRM platform based on business and technical requirements
- Analyze requirements with stakeholders, define functional specs, and consult on CRM operations
- Own and deliver enhancements, minor projects, defect fixes, and integrations in Dynamics 365
- Minimum 5 years experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Work in Agile teams with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Lead a team of developers and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
