Position: Customer Service Representative (Clinical) – Voice
Profile: Allied Health
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Locations:
• Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang
Schedule: Shifting / Graveyard
Compensation & Benefits
• ₱28,000 Basic Pay + ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
• 20% Night Differential
• HMO (Employee Day 1; Dependents upon certification)
• Life & Accident Insurance
• Annual Performance-Based Increase
• 13th & 14th Month Pay
Qualifications :
Profile 1
Experience:
• At least 1 year of direct adult patient care, such as:
Long-term care
Home and community-based services
Hospital or facility-based care
Case management
Work with managed care organizations
OR
• At least 1 year BPO Healthcare experience (Member or Provider; mixed with Member transactions)
Education:
• Must be a 4-year graduate of any Allied Health course:
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Respiratory Therapy
Medical Technology
Radiologic Technology
Pharmacy
Psychology
Nutrition
Social Work
Profile 2
Experience:
• At least 2 years of direct adult patient care, such as:
Long-term care
Home/community-based services
Hospital/facility settings
Case management / managed care organizations
OR
• At least 2 years BPO Healthcare experience (Member or Provider; mixed with Member transactions)
Education:
• 2-year associate course or 4-year college graduate (any course)
