HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT

Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- OR Completed 2 years in college with at least 72 units plus 12 months of any work experience
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite

Salary Package
- ₱15,000 Basic Salary
- ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance upon hire
- ₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance upon hire
- 20% Night Differential
- Day 1 HMO
- HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization

What You’ll Do
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and support to members and providers
- Ensure quality service and meet performance targets
- Document calls and transactions accurately
