HIRING: CSR – Insurance Brokerage Account

Site: Taguig City
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Brokerage
Salary Package: Up to ₱35,000
Qualifications:
College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience
OR
Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months of BPO experience
SME Qualifications:
Solid background in Insurance Brokerage is required for SME-level applicants
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products and services
- Assist clients with policy information, claims, billing, and account concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions through phone, email, or chat support
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and compliance with company policies
- Meet performance and quality targets
Work Setup:
Onsite – Taguig City
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
