*About the Company:*

Wipro Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates with a competitive salary package up to PHP 22,000 plus benefits.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account in Cebu City. No BPO experience required - beginners are welcome to apply.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle retail account inquiries via voice and provide excellent customer service

- Assist customers with product, order, and service-related concerns

- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Document interactions accurately and meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate

- Excellent English communication skills required

- Freshers / No BPO experience accepted - Candidates with experience are also welcome

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
