- Basic Salary: ₱23,500
- Allowance: ₱2,000
- Total Package: ₱25,500
Job Summary
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a US Healthcare account specializing in Appointment Scheduling and Billing Inquiries. This role offers opportunities for both entry-level candidates and experienced healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
- Handle healthcare-related billing and payment inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and accounts.
- Document customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals.
Qualifications
Junior Associate
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No healthcare experience required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig / McKinley Hill.
- Preferably residing in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, or Pasay.
Senior Associate
- Previous healthcare BPO experience is required.
- Experience in appointment scheduling is highly preferred.
- Experience in billing inquiries or healthcare customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
