MASS HIRING – CSR / TSR | HEALTHCARE • TELCO • BANKING • TRAVEL • INSURANCE

Position: Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative
Accounts Available: Healthcare, Telco, Insurance, Banking & Finance, Travel
Salary Package: ₱18,000 – ₱28,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Metro Manila Sites

Qualifications:

At least Senior High School Graduate

Good English communication skills

With or without BPO experience

Willing to work on shifting schedules

Basic computer knowledge required

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer concerns and inquiries

Assist clients with billing, reservations, technical support, and account management

Provide quality customer experience

Maintain professionalism during calls and chats
