We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience.



Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.

Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets.

Uphold a positive company image through excellent customer service.
