Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year BPO experience With excellent communication skills Outbound Sales experience is a PLUS but not REQUIRED Job Responsibilities: Generate sales through outbound calls. Present and promote client products and services to prospects. Answer questions and provide additional information where required. Up-sell and Cross-sell client product ranges to new clients Assist the customers with after-sales queries and raise them with the -concerned department without any delays.
