Job Description -

Responsibilities

Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts receivable and payable process, including processing invoices for payment and receipts, recording sales tax, assisting with bank reconciliations, and documenting loans.

General administrative duties supporting the running of our business.

You are required to connect with our clients as you would guests in your own home.

To also provide product solutions for our clients to the highest most efficient standard.

You are to engage the Ionza team as required, so the product solutions get to the client on time.

You are also expected to follow up with clients to understand their user experience.

You are expected to generate upgrade ideas around how to better serve our clients to share with management.

Assist with the accounts team where required.

Requirements:

Proven previous experience in Office Administration and Customer service roles.

IT savvy and especially competent with Google Suite. Experience in Unleashed, Prospect, Shopify, and Capsule would be great, but not essential.

Ability to self-manage and prioritize their own workload.

Honest, tidy, organized, reliable & proactive team player.

Fantastic with systems, someone who loves to make things tidy and susynced.

Fantastic at connecting with people over the phone/video and email.

Confident and eager to hold video calls and short video explanations to suit client needs.
