Customer Service Rep - Insurance Account - WNS Eastwood - Up to PHP 25,000*

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City - Onsite | Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support

- Assist customers with account and policy concerns

- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Education: Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum)

- Experience: At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

- Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
