Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Provide customer support through phone, chat, or email.
- Handle customer concerns/complaints in a courteous and professional manner and within established guidelines, and escalate as necessary.
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Minimum Requirements:
- Open to all education levelCollege Graduate no BPO experience
- At least HS/SHS graduate (Old Curriculum) 1 year BPO experience
- With Good Communication Skills
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
