Position:
Customer Service Representative – Telco Account (Voice)
Handle inbound calls (plans, billing, technical concerns)
Easy tools, supportive team, paid training provided

Available Sites (Onsite Only):
Metro Manila | Cebu | Davao | Bacolod | Iloilo | CDO | Pampanga | Baguio
---
Requirements:
At least 6 months BPO voice experience
SHS / HS Graduate or College Level
Comfortable with English (training still included)
Willing to work onsite
Open to shifting schedules
May valid pre-employment documents (advantage)

Salary & Perks:
₱27,000 to ₱33,000 package
Paid training + night diff + performance bonuses
