– Job Description
A Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries and provides support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat
2. Resolve complaints and service issues
3. Process orders, refunds, or account updates
4. Maintain customer records
5. Escalate complex issues to supervisor
Requirements
1. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
2. Experience in customer support or call center
3. Good communication skills
4. Basic computer and CRM knowledge
