Job Description – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Some accounts require HS Graduate + 2 years completed in college
Must have at least 6 months BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer concerns and inquiries professionally
Assist customers regarding billing, technical, travel, delivery, and account-related concerns
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
Meet quality and performance metrics
Salary Package:
₱13,000 – ₱25,000 Salary Package
(Depends on account and experience profile)
