Job Description – Insurance Account (BPO)
Position: Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
Must have completed at least 2 years in college
Experience in an Insurance account is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to insurance services
Assist clients with policy information, billing concerns, claims, and account updates
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns
Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies
Document customer interactions properly in the system
Deliver excellent customer experience at all times
