URGENT HIRING: Customer Service & BPO Associates

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries, requests, and concerns via Phone, Chat, or Email.
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend products/services, and document account notes in the internal system.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, or College Level/Graduates.
- Communication Skills: Good to excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Open to candidates with No Experience / Fresh Graduates (prior customer service background is a plus!).- Tech Literacy: Basic computer navigating skills and typing proficiency.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shifts and weekends).
