Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Resolve customer issues related to telecom, insurance, banking, or financial services products

Provide accurate information about company products and services

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects

READY Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma required

Must provide SSS employment history

Proven experience (2-4 years) in customer service within Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively during night shifts

Proficient in using customer service software and tools
