Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues related to telecom, insurance, banking, or financial services products
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects
- READY Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma required
- Must provide SSS employment history
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in customer service within Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
