We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our clients in the healthcare sector. If you have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, we want you to join our team! Open to freshers and those with or without BPO experience.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer inquiries related to healthcare services
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
Requirements
- High School or College graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Open to both newbies and experienced candidates
- Hybrid setup for experienced applicants
