We are seeking highly qualified professionals to join our specialized Insurance Brokerage team. This role involves managing complex insurance inquiries, policy administration, and client relations for global accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience Track A: College Graduate with at least twelve (12) months of BPO experience.
Education & Experience Track B: Completed at least two (2) years of college with a minimum of eighteen (18) months of BPO experience.
Specialized Requirement: A solid background in insurance brokerage is strictly required for those applying at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level.

* Strong analytical skills for reviewing policy details and client coverage.
* Proven reliability in a professional, metrics-driven environment.
