Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Mortgage Collections)
Work Set-Up: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. We have multiple specialized openings where you can leverage your expertise in insurance and financial services. You will be the first point of contact for our international clients, providing exceptional service and support.
General Qualifications:
· Willingness to work onsite on a night shift schedule.
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
· Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Can thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Available Specializations & Specific Requirements:
Life Insurance
CSR High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year of international Insurance voice BPO experience.
Up to 27,000 PHP package + 36,000 PHP Milestone Bonus
Auto Insurance
CSR High School Graduate
Option 1: With a valid Driver's License + 1 year international BPO experience.
Option 2: No Driver's License?
Must have 1 year total BPO experience, which must include at least 6 months of Auto Insurance background (local BPO or non-BPO is acceptable).
24,000 - 27,000 PHP
Mortgage Collections Specialist
Senior High School Graduate or Completed 2 Years in University
Must have experience in one of the following:
• 1 year US Loan Servicing/Documentation
• 1 year US Mortgage Loan experience
• 2 years in Banking/Financial with a B2 English proficiency score
• 2 years in Banking Collections 30,000 - 45,000 PHP
