We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry and hold a college degree.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate and efficient support for our international customers

Document and manage customer interactions in our CRM system

Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in an international voice process role

College degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including night shifts

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: 18,000-30,000 per month
