For a team of salespeople that will provide exceptional customer service and post-sale assistance, we are looking for a trained customer support executive. The team's customer service will be under your direction as you develop policies and procedures. A consistent level of service is maintained for all customers, and the customer support executive will be in charge of choosing the employees during the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
1.Overseeing a group of agents who provide customer service.
2.Monitoring the client-service procedure.
3.Resolving issues raised by customers about complaints.
4.Establishing guidelines and processes.
5.Organizing service delivery training and standards.
6.Keeping an eye on the team's and individual representatives' work.
7.Conducting customer-based quality assurance surveys and giving employee feedback.
