Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate (at least 2nd year completed), or College Graduate.

1 to 2 years of experience handling US or UK Banking/Financial accounts in a contact center environment.

Experience in any of the following areas is required:

Banking

Collections

Fraud Investigation

Underwriting

Payouts

Other related financial services functions

Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and account-related concerns for financial services clients.

Review, investigate, and resolve account issues in accordance with company and client guidelines.

Process transactions and provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.

Maintain high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of cases.

Work Setup: Onsite
