Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Telecom/Delivery/Healthcare/Hotel Reservation

Job Requirements:




  • Open to all education levels

  • With or without BPO experience

  • Must be willing to work on-site and flexible with shifting schedules

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information regarding telecom, delivery, healthcare, and hotel reservation services.

  • Assist customers in resolving concerns or issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs and inquiries.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
