CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TRAVEL ACCOUNT
Bridgetowne, Quezon City (Onsite)
Salary Offer: Php 18,000 - Php 20,000
We are looking for motivated individuals who can provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Provide solutions to customer concerns based on process guidelines
• Listen attentively to customer needs and show empathy while assisting them
• Deliver quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High School Graduate
At least 1 year Sales Experience (BPO or Non-BPO accepted)
Good customer service and communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
