Position: Customer Service Representative

Account: US Electronics Account

Location: Philippines

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing BPO team for a US Electronics Account. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, order tracking, warranty concerns, and general account support through phone, chat, or email channels.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

Assist customers with electronic product inquiries and technical concerns

Provide troubleshooting support for gadgets, devices, and accessories

Process orders, replacements, refunds, and warranty requests

Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation

Meet quality assurance and productivity targets

Deliver excellent customer experience during every interaction

Qualifications

At least High School graduate

Excellent English communication skills

With or without BPO experience

Basic computer navigation and typing skills

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
