*Location*: Manila – Ortigas / BGC / Quezon City
*Shift*: flexible differential + premiums
*Salary*: ₱25,000 – ₱40,000 monthly + performance bonuses + HMO from Day 1

- Be the hero for our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with empathy, speed, and a smile they can hear
- Turn frustrated customers into loyal fans

- Have excellent English communication skills – neutral accent preferred
- Are 18+ yrs old, at least HS graduate / SHS / college undergrad welcome
- Have basic computer skills and can type 30+ WPM

- Can work onsite in Manila and flexible with shifting schedules
