Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst

Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Mandaluyong)

Compensation: Up to ₱53,000/month

Start Date: First week of October

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Deal Desk Analysts to support order management and deal structuring processes. This role involves handling complex deals, ensuring accuracy in order-to-cash processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business operations.

Qualifications:

At least 12 months of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash.

Proven experience with complex deal structuring.

Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Educational background: College undergraduates with at least 2 years completed; associate/diploma courses accepted.

Minimum of 12 months total BPO experience.

Strong English communication skills (C1 level proficiency).

Stable employment history (no frequent job changes of less than a year)
