MUST HAVE:
Experience in Travel is preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred not mandatory
Must have experience in chatbots.
A CHATBOTS - is a software application used to conduct an on-line chat conversation via text or text-to-speech, in lieu of providing direct contact with a live human agent.
A chatbot is a type of software that can help customers by automating conversations and interact with them through messaging platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in managing Front Office processes – Phone / Chat / Email / Social Media
etc.
Identify key opportunity areas in conjunction with Process/Domain SMEs across
geographies to come up with Transformation proposals and plan aligned to strategy
and business outcomes
Hands on experience in creating solutions and executing projects on chatbot, Unified
Desktop, Omni channel platforms like Azure, Genesys, AWS - Connect.
