Non-Negotiable:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field required. (Postgraduate education or certifications in business, finance, or management is an advantage.)
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership, with a significant portion supporting Canadian Wealth Management (e.g., investment operations, portfolio administration, client servicing, regulatory reporting).
• Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations, wealth platforms, and market practices.
• Proven experience managing North American clients, preferably within a multi-geography delivery model.
Position Description:
The Director Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and client engagement within the Canadian Wealth Management portfolio. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes, driving profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
The Director acts as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, leading transformation initiatives, optimizing delivery models, and strengthening client relationships across North American markets. With deep expertise in Canadian Wealth Management, the role requires strong industry knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions within a BPO/consulting environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Business Development
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with SBU Leaders, Prime BUs, and client leadership teams to foster trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
• Support client engagement initiatives, including Client Strategic Account Planning (CSAP) and Client Development Plans (CDPs).
• Identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help secure new business within Canadian Wealth Management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning delivery capabilities with their evolving business needs.
Operations Management
• Lead service delivery across the portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Drive monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting across the span of control.
• Optimize resource allocation (workforce, licenses, infrastructure) to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives across sub-BUs and BUs.
Finance Management
• Own and manage the P&L for the Director group, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
• Drive cost optimization strategies and efficient use of discretionary budgets (OMF).
• Provide financial insights and develop competitive, value-driven solutions for client proposals.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Partner & People Management.
• Lead the implementation of the Partner Partnership Management framework to achieve key metrics (e.g., PSAP, attrition, referrals).
• Mentor and develop Managers and direct reports, fostering a high-performance and engagement-driven culture.
• Drive talent strategies including succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
Communities of Practice (COP) & Global Alliances
• Actively contribute to Communities of Practice across APAC and global networks.
• Collaborate with global alliances to drive innovation, share best practices, and enhance delivery capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to Wealth Management and BPO services.
Administrative & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to Canadian Wealth Management.
• Maintain high standards of risk management, data privacy, and compliance across all engagements.
