Job title: F&A Shared Services Manager
Work location: Ayala, Makati
Work set up and schedule: Hybrid (Once training is completed)| Night shift
Salary: 110

JD Summary:
•Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all functions
•Define and manage work allocation processes
•Lead client services and relationship management
•Develop and execute performance planning, including defining KRAs and KPIs across all F&A functions
•Monitor performance execution and conduct regular performance reviews
•Track progress against goals and implement corrective actions as needed
•Manage and develop people, ensuring coaching compliance among supervisors
•Identify training needs based on performance reviews
•Oversee reporting and analytics, including deployment of Power BI dashboards for key performance trends
•Handle client escalation management through established end-to-end processes
•Lead process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications / Required Skills:
•Bachelor Degree
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Finance & Accounting (F&A) Shared Services operations(Managerial position )
•Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting functions, including end-to-end processes
•Intermediate proficiency in data and performance analysis
•Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
•Intermediate level in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
•Proven ability to drive the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, and processes
•Serves as a final decision-maker and subject matter expert, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to others
•Demonstrated experience in executing short to medium-term business strategies
•Ensures policies, processes, and standards are aligned with tactical goals and business needs
•Leadership experience in managing teams of F&A professionals, including multiple reporting levels and full employee lifecycle responsibility
