Job Title: Finance Analyst
Work Location: Ayala, Makati City
Work set-up: Brick and Mortar (Onsite)
Work schedule: For Confirmation
Salary: 18K + 500 Mobile Allowance (Max Offer)
Start date: Immediately
Required Skills:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Computer literate
• Flexible and willing to extend long hours if needed
• Proactive and fast learner

Job Description:
• Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)
• Tagging and scanning of newly delivered goods / monitored assets
• Issuance of items delivered to the requestor or end users
• Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily
• Maintains the record of all issued assets/items whether consumable items or capitalize expenses
• Retrieving procurement references of each item for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
• Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company
• Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes
- • May be assigned to different TP sites as needed
