Your Role: Assist customers with banking, credit card, loans, and financial account inquiries
Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and accuracy
Provide information on account balances, transactions, payments, and billing concerns
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards
Qualifications: High School / Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply (account requirements may vary)
Vocational, Associate, and College Graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent English communication skills
Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected openings
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
