Summary: We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Financial Support Representative in Taguig. As a Financial Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to clients in financial matters. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills. While experience in a financial services process is preferable, it is not mandatory. The position requires working during graveyard shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with financial inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information about financial products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a financial services process is preferable but not mandatory.
