Description / Requirements
Job title: Global Processes and Continuous Improvement Manager (Process Excellence Manager)
Work location: Ayala/MOA
Work set up and schedule: Flexible schedule
Salary: Open Budget (Negotiatble)
Former employee of Teleperformance – not eligible for rehire, either directly or through a third party
Qualifications:
•Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified – Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
•Proven Process Excellence experience in a BPO setting.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement.
•Experience in leading cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for global operations.
•Ability to develop and execute strategic process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
•Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies applicable in BPO operations.
•Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
