CAMPAIGN: Travel
LOCATION: Philippines - Bridgetowne, Quezon City
QUALIFICATIONS:
-The individual should possess strong knowledge on operational rhythm and are proficient on performance management, people management, employee engagement, client management and has strong travel domain expertise.
-Speaks well in English and can communicate easily with clients, leaders, and subordinates.
-Has strong analytical skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: College graduate.
BPO EXPERIENCE: more than 10 years.
PEOPLE MANAGER: 3 years.
