Account: MS Gov/Specialty Pharma (Inbound Calls) - This is a contractual employment.
Headcount: 28
Shift Sched: Operating 24/7, but most likely night shift
Rest days: 2 days but not guaranteed weekends
Work Setup: Onsite (Offers wfh)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree without BPO experience
- Minimum of 2nd yr college with minimum 6 months BPO voice
- Minimum of 1st yr college with 1 yr BPO voice
- Minimum of HS Grad with 2 yrs BPO voice
