*Job Description:*

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account in EDSA Greenfield. Earn up to PHP 31K!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle healthcare inquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Assist customers with benefits, claims, and account concerns

- Provide accurate information while ensuring HIPAA compliance

- Document interactions and maintain quality standards

- Meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer experience

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate accepted

- At least 6 months BPO / CCE experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
