Healthcare CSR - Bohol - Sagility - Up to 15K - Open to Fresh Graduates

Company: Sagility - Leading Healthcare BPO, formerly HGS Healthcare

Location: Bohol - Onsite

Account: Healthcare Account - US Healthcare

Salary: PHP 15,000 Package - Paid Training

Work Setup: Full-Time Onsite

Sagility Bohol is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. No BPO experience needed, fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities:

Handle healthcare-related customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Utilize MS Office tools and systems to assist customers efficiently

Document customer interactions accurately and meet performance targets

Qualifications:

No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome

Good to excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service oriented, empathetic, and analytical

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet navigation

Willing to work onsite in Bohol on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

Can start ASAP

Benefits:

PHP 15,000 total package, PHP 14,000 basic plus PHP 1,000 allowance

HMO plus government-mandated benefits
