Healthcare CSR - Bohol - Sagility - Up to PHP 15K - Open to Fresh Graduates

*Location:* Bohol - Onsite

*Account:* Healthcare Account - US Healthcare

*Salary:* PHP 15,000 Package (PHP 14,000 Basic + PHP 1,000 Allowance) - Paid Training

*Work Setup:* Full-Time Onsite - Shifting Schedule

Sagility Bohol is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. No BPO experience needed, fresh graduates welcome. Sagility is a leading global healthcare BPO and trusted partner of top US healthcare organizations. Formerly HGS Healthcare, we specialize in providing excellent customer experience and technology-enabled healthcare solutions.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle healthcare-related customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Utilize MS Office tools and systems to assist customers efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome

- Good to excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service oriented, empathetic, and analytical

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet navigation

- Willing to work onsite in Bohol on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Can start ASAP

*Benefits:*

- PHP 15,000 total package (PHP 14,000 basic plus PHP 1,000 allowance)
